You’ll receive a link to join in your browser (no app needed), where your child works with their tutor on current topics and assessment preparation using a collaborative whiteboard.

We use Lessonspace for our lessons.

Lessons are personalized based on what your child is currently learning at school. Tutors assess prior knowledge, teach through inquiry, and help students strengthen their understanding of MYP Mathematics Criteria for upcoming assessments.

MYP Math Tutor is not “homework help”. We guide students through concepts so that they can understand and gain confidence, and be able to complete their homework independently.

A laptop or tablet, their current math materials (notes or school platform), a calculator, and any upcoming assessment information.

Sessions are typically 1 hour long.

Most students meet once a week. Some students prefer to meet two times a week. At this time, we do not offer biweekly lessons.

Yes, we match your child with a consistent tutor, and we’re happy to adjust if the fit doesn’t feel right.

Our tutors are experienced IB educators who teach MYP and DP Mathematics, including examiners, department heads, and workshop leaders.

We specialize in MYP and DP Mathematics, with limited availability for MYP Science and DP Physics/Chemistry.

At this time, we specialize in MYP and DP mathematics. If your child is transitioning or studying a different curriculum, we cannot guarantee support for that curriculum.

We support MYP (ages ~11–16) and DP (ages ~16–18) students. If your child is in PYP (Grade 1-5), we cannot guarantee support for them.

MYP lessons are €80 per hour. DP lessons are €92 per hour. Lessons include a personalized 1:1 session with your tutor, with high quality resources.

We send a monthly invoice, which can be paid securely by credit card or iDEAL via Stripe.

You are invoiced monthly based on the lessons attended.

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson, otherwise the lesson will be charged in full.

You can cancel or reschedule through our platform, or email your tutor directly with at least 24 hours’ notice.

That’s no problem. Just cancel sessions in advance with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.

You can reschedule or cancel as needed, as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.

If your child is sick, our standard cancellation policy still applies. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations are charged in full, as tutors prepare lessons and reserve that time.
